Protein Structure Prediction

We worked with the Baker Lab on automating the assessment of candidate protein structures produced by the software Rosetta. Of the many possible predictions, only a few turn out to be viable. Experts face the time-consuming task of having to verify each prediction; machine learning algorithms can streamline the process by automatically pre-screening the candidate structures to filter out the least likely ones.
